1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using mapplot, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Service Description

mapplot provides browser-based drone mission planning tools including survey area drawing, flight path generation, waypoint management, and mission export in DJI-compatible formats. The service is offered on Free, Pro, and Business subscription tiers with varying usage limits.

3. User Responsibilities

• You are responsible for complying with all applicable drone regulations and airspace laws in your jurisdiction
• You must maintain the security of your account credentials
• You must not use the service for any unlawful purpose
• Mission plans generated by mapplot are tools to assist planning — you are solely responsible for safe flight operations

4. Subscription and Billing

Paid subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You can cancel at any time through the billing portal. Upon cancellation, you retain access until the end of your billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free tier.

5. Data and Content

You retain ownership of all mission data, project information, and exported files you create using mapplot. We do not claim any intellectual property rights over your content. We may use aggregated, anonymized usage data to improve the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

mapplot is provided "as is" without warranty. We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use of mission plans generated by the service, including but not limited to equipment damage, personal injury, or regulatory violations. Always verify mission parameters and comply with local regulations before flying.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms. You may delete your account at any time through the Account settings page.
