How does the 7-day trial work?+
Start any paid plan with your card on file. If you cancel within 7 days, you get a full refund — no questions asked.
What is annual billing?+
Pay for a year upfront and save 20%. Annual pricing: Solo $23/mo, Team $79/mo, Agency $239/mo — billed as a single annual charge. Switch to annual from your account settings at any time.
Can I upgrade or downgrade at any time?+
Yes. Upgrade, downgrade, or cancel anytime. Upgrades are prorated — you only pay the difference. When downgrading, your data is preserved and you keep read access.
What happens to my maps if I cancel?+
Export everything in standard formats — GeoTIFF, LAS, OBJ, PDF. Your orthos were always yours.
What if I need something beyond Agency?+
Email us. If your setup is unusual, we'd rather talk to a human than guess. If you need 100+ seats or heavy SSO/compliance requirements, we'll be honest: DroneDeploy or Propeller are better fits.
How do Agency team seats work?+
Agency includes 3 seats. Add more at $15/seat/month. Each seat gets their own login with role-based permissions — admin, pilot, editor, or viewer.
